1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration and Security

Investigation of suspected violations may result in temporary account suspension pending completion of the investigation. Confirmed violations will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all account balances.

9. Account Termination

9.1 Termination by Player

You may request closure of your jilip8 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon receiving a closure request, we will process withdrawal of any remaining account balance subject to completion of any pending verification requirements and settlement of active wagers. Account closure requests take effect within 24 hours of submission. Closed accounts cannot be reopened except under exceptional circumstances at jilip8's sole discretion.

9.2 Termination by jilip8

jilip8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or that your continued use of the platform poses risk to jilip8, other players, or the integrity of our services. Upon termination by jilip8 for cause, any remaining account balance may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the violation. You will be notified of account termination via email to your registered address.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion periods range from temporary cooling-off periods to permanent exclusion. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which your claim is based, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

10.3 Disclaimer of Warranties

jilip8 services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will meet your requirements, that service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that results obtained from use of the service will be accurate or reliable.

10.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless jilip8, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms by you or any activity related to your account, whether by you or any other person accessing the platform using your account credentials.
